Meters Music Return Policy

Products are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in brand new condition and in its original packaging.

Certain goods are exempt from returns such as gift cards and downloadable software products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt and / or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without a return code. Contact us at inquiries@eramusicbrands.com to begin your return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. 

Sale items

Sale items are not eligible for return.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return, once the returned item is received.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item over $100 in value, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Returned items that are not received and cannot be tracked will not be eligible for refund.
